Associate - Unsecured Policy

Responsibilities

• Assisting retail credit policy function and portfolio to ensure process is being managed well
• Ensure Post Approval Review is conducted as per approved process and no breaches on local and internal regulations
• Review Daily Disaster Report and highlight any breaches
• Track policy changes and product performance assessment
• Ensure clear communication with all relevant units and documentation of all credit policy decisions
• Complete policy dept. RCSA in a timely manner
• Analyze MIS to ensure portfolio quality and validate credit policies
• Coordinate with IT Team for developing policy parameters and automation of data reports
• Perform collection review for top delinquent accounts
• Perform portfolio review with basic knowledge of portfolio mix and performance metrics

Requirements

• Fresh UAE National Graduates
• Minimum of Bachelor's degree
• Finance academic background
• Communication skills
• Internship experience preferred
