About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the digital product roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Own digital platform strategy, governance and enhancement initiatives
- Lead development of the digital insurance marketplace and customer journeys
- Drive Open Finance and digital ecosystem strategy and API partner integrations
- Own and prioritize the product backlog and manage sprint planning and releases
- Analyze customer behavior and track KPIs such as conversion, retention and STP
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, computer science or engineering
- 7-10 years in digital product management, product ownership or fintech
- Experience delivering digital products within insurance, banking or fintech
- Knowledge of APIs, digital platforms and customer journey design
- Agile methodology and backlog management experience
- Knowledge of Open Finance, Open Banking and Open Insurance models
- Strong stakeholder management across business and technology teams
Preferred Qualifications
- PSPO, CSPO, Scrum or equivalent product management certification
- International experience in mature Open Finance or Open Banking markets
