Associate Vice President - Mortgage Aggregation

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a channel roadmap to meet business volume targets and onboard new aggregator partnerships
• Cultivate senior-level relationships with mortgage aggregator firms and large broker groups in the UAE
• Manage the end-to-end sales funnel from lead generation to final mortgage disbursal
• Equip aggregator partners with pitch materials, product FAQs, and training programs
• Monitor application quality to ensure adherence to credit policies and UAE Central Bank regulations
• Gather market intelligence on competitor pricing and market trends to sharpen product positioning

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or MBA degree
• 10-12 years of overall sales experience
• 3-5 years of experience specifically in Mortgage Aggregation
• Proven track record in channel or distribution-led growth within the UAE or GCC market
• Strong command of mortgage underwriting and credit analysis frameworks
• Deep understanding of UAE Central Bank regulations and RERA guidelines
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with the UAE freehold and leasehold property landscape
• Understanding of mortgage accessibility for both UAE nationals and expatriates
