About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist in leading the property's segmented sales effort (group, transient, association, corporate)
- Implement segment sales strategy and achieve segment revenue goals
- Build long-term, value-based customer relationships
- Participate in sales calls to acquire and close new business
- Execute proposals, contracts and customer correspondence
- Analyze market information and assist with six period revenue projections
- Review guest satisfaction results and drive service improvements
Requirements
- 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 1 year sales and marketing experience
- Or 2-year degree with 3 years sales and marketing experience
- Achieve personal booking goals
