Assurance - Senior Manager (PCAOB) - Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of public company and PCAOB-relevant audit engagements
• Lead PCAOB-compliant audit strategies and ensure alignment with firm methodology
• Act as a senior escalation point for complex technical accounting and audit judgement matters
• Ensure audits meet PCAOB documentation, testing, and quality review standards
• Provide oversight of SOX-related considerations and internal control reliance
• Manage senior client relationships with CFOs, Controllers, and Boards of Directors
• Drive business development and account expansion with public company clients
• Coach and develop Managers and engagement teams
• Champion audit transformation using data analytics and automation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• 8‐10+ years of external audit experience within a Big 4 or equivalent environment
• Significant experience leading PCAOB-regulated and public company audit engagements
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, CA, or CPA
• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and public company reporting requirements
• Proven ability to maintain inspection-ready documentation standards
• Fluency in English is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Arabic language proficiency
• Experience with audit technologies and data analytics tools
