Automation QA Engineer PY

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts, frameworks, and test suites
• Analyze requirements and technical specifications to identify automation opportunities
• Create and execute automated tests for functional, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end testing
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
• Perform API testing using tools such as Postman or REST Assured
• Identify, reproduce, document, and track software defects
• Maintain clear documentation for automation frameworks and test cases
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product managers

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Automation QA Engineer or similar role
• Proven experience developing and maintaining automated test suites
• Hands-on experience with at least one major automation framework
• Experience testing web applications, APIs, or mobile applications
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Experience using version control systems such as Git
• Understanding of software development and release processes
• English proficiency for working with technical documentation and teams
• Reliable internet connection and suitable setup for remote work
