Automation QA Engineer TT

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts, frameworks, and test suites
• Analyze requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to identify automation opportunities
• Create and execute automated tests for functional, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end testing
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and delivery
• Perform API testing using tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or similar technologies
• Identify, reproduce, document, and track software defects
• Maintain clear documentation for automation frameworks, test cases, processes, and results
• Research and recommend improvements to testing tools, frameworks, and automation strategies

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Automation QA Engineer, QA Automation Engineer, or Test Automation Engineer
• Hands-on experience with at least one major automation framework
• Strong programming or scripting skills in languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#
• Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium
• Knowledge of API testing and RESTful services
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices
• Experience with Git and version control systems
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL and database testing
• Understanding of software development and release processes
• English proficiency
