AV Product & Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Build relationships with vendors, clients, system integrators, consultants, and partners
• Lead contract negotiations and close major AV projects
• Define and manage the product roadmap for AV hardware and software solutions
• Research market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and networking events
• Forecast monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales performance
• Manage product lifecycle from concept to launch and end-of-life (EOL) phase-outs
• Develop pricing strategies, discount structures, and profit margins
• Collaborate with technical, operations, and marketing teams

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of AV technologies and solutions
• Proven experience in AV sales, product management, or systems integration
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• Strong public speaking and project management abilities
• Experience with pricing strategy and channel management
• Results-oriented with strong analytical capabilities
