About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify and originate new anchors for Yubi's Supply Chain Finance business
- Manage existing anchors to grow AUM and drive cross-sell/up-sell opportunities
- Coordinate with the Lender team to launch and scale programs
- Negotiate agreements and commercial terms with anchors
- Drive integration between Anchor ERP systems and Yubi's Supply Chain Finance system
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Legal, and Risk teams to design bespoke solutions
- Develop annual operating plans, business plans, and periodic projections
Requirements
- 12+ years of Sales or account management experience in Supply Chain Finance (Bank, NBFC, or Fintech)
- Deep understanding of working capital, factoring, vendor finance, dealer finance, and bill discounting
- Proven track record of managing relationships with CFOs, Treasury Heads, and Business Heads
- Ability to use CRM solutions to manage business scale
- Willingness to travel to cover customers and lenders within the geography
- Qualification: CA, CFA, or MBA in Finance
