About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead risk-based reviews of application fraud controls across Retail Credit origination and underwriting
- Strengthen governance through control testing, issue escalation and remediation management
- Ensure fraud controls comply with regulatory requirements, policies and audit expectations
- Identify emerging fraud trends and improve fraud detection capabilities
- Drive digital transformation of fraud-risk processes through automation and analytics
- Build and coach a high-performing fraud-risk team
Requirements
- 8-10 years in application fraud controls or Retail audit
- Knowledge of Retail Credit origination systems and fraud detection tools
- Strong analytical and reporting skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong stakeholder management and coaching skills
- Fluent written and spoken Business English
