AVP & Audit Manager, Operations & Support Functions (Emiratization)

Responsibilities

• Utilize Computer-Assisted Audit Techniques (CAATs) and data analysis technologies to enhance audit coverage
• Design and maintain dashboards and automated alerts for real-time monitoring of control performance
• Analyze structured and unstructured data sources to detect control gaps
• Develop and execute continuous monitoring strategies aligned with the bank's risk profile
• Perform ongoing testing of key controls and risk indicators using automated tools
• Monitor transactional and operational data to identify anomalies or emerging risks
• Provide guidance and on-the-job training for junior colleagues
• Act as an Audit Business Partner for Line Managers within IB, WB, and Credit teams
• Ensure pending audit issues are followed up and corrective actions are implemented

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience with an International Bank or Big 4
• Working knowledge of Corporate Relationship Management & Credit activities and processes
• Knowledge of bank/audit policies and Central Bank regulations
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Post-graduate qualification or progress towards CA, CFA, or FRM certification
• Prior Internal Audit experience
