About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in audits covering Consumer, Private & Business Banking segments across the FAB Group
- Identify control weaknesses and report significant audit findings to management
- Develop and maintain risk assessments and audit programs for process streams
- Provide guidance and on-the-job training for junior colleagues
- Act as an Audit Business Partner for line managers to identify emerging risks
- Ensure audits are conducted in accordance with the Annual Plan and GIA policies
- Conduct special investigations and reviews as assigned by the Head of Audit
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with an International Bank or Big 4
- Working knowledge of Consumer, Private & Business Banking activities and associated risks
- Familiarity with bank and audit policies and Central Bank regulations
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant post-graduate qualification or professional certification
- Internal Audit experience
