AVP, Bancassurance Sales

Responsibilities

• Sell core products and encourage cross-selling of direct sales products in assigned territory
• Manage and motivate a sales team to meet or exceed monthly targets
• Build and maintain effective business relationships with customers and internal departments
• Develop new business strategies to increase bank profitability and visibility
• Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, policies, and compliance guidelines
• Provide regular MIS reports on performance and market feedback to senior management
• Coordinate promotional activities, meetings, and road shows

Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent qualification
• 3-5 years of experience in selling banking products or within the financial industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Comprehensive sales and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in PC skills and organizational tools
• Knowledge of bank retail products and market competition

Preferred Qualifications

• Sales diploma or certification
• Experience in a similar job area
