About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets and assist in team goal implementation
- Manage a portfolio of approved companies using a 'Hunter Model' to drive onboarding and cross-sell opportunities
- Present and sell personal banking products and services ethically
- Conduct micro-marketing activities and kiosk events
- Ensure compliance with Bank policies, KYC, AML, and CTF regulations
- Provide training and mentorship to new team members
- Facilitate communication between credit underwriting, policy, and operations departments
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 4 years of retail banking sales experience
- Strong confidence, persistence, and verbal/written communication skills
- Deep knowledge of retail banking products, service policies, and processes
