About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets and implement team goals
- Manage a portfolio of approved companies and develop key relationships
- Sell personal banking products and services to potential customers
- Conduct micro marketing activities and kiosk events
- Ensure compliance with Bank policies, KYC, AML, and CTF
- Provide training and mentorship to new team members
- Facilitate communication between credit, policy, and operations departments
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- 4+ years of experience in retail banking sales
- Strong confidence, persistence, and communication skills
- Knowledge of retail banking products, service policies, and processes
