About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets for personal banking products and services
- Manage a portfolio of approved companies using a 'Hunter Model' to onboard new corporate partners
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and companies to enhance cross-sell opportunities
- Collaborate with Corporate and SME Banking units for retail cross-sell empanelment
- Conduct targeted micro-marketing and kiosk activities to generate leads
- Ensure strict compliance with Bank policy, KYC, FATCA, and AML CTF regulations
- Provide training and mentorship to new and existing team members
- Record all sales activities in CRM and Daily Sales Reports
Requirements
- Graduate degree in any discipline
- Minimum 4 years of experience in retail banking sales
- Deep knowledge of retail banking products, service policies, and processes
- Strong confidence, persistence, and professional communication skills
