AVP, Cash Management Sales Officer

Responsibilities

• Make Citi the go-to international banking partner for client segments
• Identify client challenges and provide holistic treasury solutions
• Build a pipeline in partnership with Global Relationship and Product teams
• Track deal pipeline, implementation, and revenue realization
• Foster productive working relationships with regional and global product teams
• Proactively work with Relationship Managers to drive business growth
• Identify cross-regional client and industry segments with potential Cash opportunities
• Lead initiatives and events to deepen client relationships
• Work with Citi Services teams to own deal execution
• Provide feedback to Product, Technology, and Ops for continuous improvement

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective presentations and pitches
• Ability to quickly identify problems and solutions leveraging Transaction banking and Trade product propositions
• Ability to create long-term, positive, trust-based advisory relationships
• Demonstrate thought leadership and vision for future planning
• Open-mindedness to evaluate alternative solutions to customer needs
• Knowledge of and keen interest in regulations, market practices, and bank operations
