About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide compliance support to Business and enablement units on all compliance matters
- Understand technical details in Global Private Banking & Securities Services and related compliance requirements
- Implement policies and procedures to assist in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Support annual compliance risk assessments
- Contribute to regulatory reporting and requests by local regulators
- Educate employees through regular training and awareness sessions
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide Compliance advice to internal and external stakeholders
- Investigate potential breaches of law, regulation or policy
- Review and approve new business projects and new product development
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Management, Banking or Finance
- Certification in Compliance related subjects preferred
- Minimum 2 years in Banking or related financial institution
