About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end management of regulatory examinations and thematic reviews
- Coordinate and manage on-site inspections by regulatory bodies
- Manage and respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) from regulators
- Track and disseminate regulatory circulars and notices across the bank
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and regulatory authorities
- Maintain comprehensive records and logs of all regulatory interactions
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline regulatory reporting processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably within a financial institution
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the banking sector
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
