AVP, Events & Sponsorship (Al Ain-Emiratized role)

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage a strategic approach to service all corporate sponsorships and partnerships
• Assist the VP in managing a portfolio of sponsorships and partnerships to deliver against core business objectives
• Develop and manage sponsorship, partnership, and activation programs
• Ensure all sponsorship rights and benefits are integrated and utilized as business objectives
• Manage associated budgets and business plans
• Evaluate and analyze sponsorship requests
• Coordinate with branding and media teams to ensure timely media services and adherence to branding guidelines
• Monitor administrative tasks to ensure efficient use of the events account budget

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Communication or related discipline
• 5+ years' relevant experience in a similar role or related discipline
• Solid understanding of project and contract management, and planning
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management
• Strategic thinker with passion and energy
• Ability to work under pressure
