About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day execution and operational performance of Fraud Operations and Loss Prevention
- Directly lead frontline supervisors accountable for service levels, quality, productivity and case management
- Own fraud losses, recoveries, customer outcomes and control effectiveness
- Serve as senior escalation point for significant fraud events, complex cases and emerging fraud trends
- Translate strategic priorities into operating plans, resource requirements and performance objectives
- Work with Product, Technology, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Customer Care, Deposit and Payment Operations, and Card Services
Requirements
- Experience leading fraud or loss prevention operations
- Supervisory leadership of operational teams
- Knowledge of risk management and regulatory compliance
