AVP, Fraud Risk Management - PWB & PCBG

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and embedding of the Fraud Risk Management Framework across Personal, Business, and Private Banking
• Own fraud risk identification, assessment, control design, and monitoring activities
• Monitor fraud risk indicators and analyze emerging threats and trends
• Partner with Fraud Operations and Risk teams on detection rules and models
• Ensure timely reporting and analysis of fraud incidents and losses
• Support fraud investigations and drive remediation of control gaps
• Conduct fraud risk assessments for new products and services
• Drive fraud awareness and governance reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Law, Risk Management, or a related field
• Professional certification such as CFE preferred
• 5+ years of experience in Fraud Risk Management within banking or financial services
• Strong understanding of retail, business, and private banking products and channels
• Experience in First Line or Second Line Fraud Risk functions
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Demonstrated expertise in fraud controls, risk assessments, and analytics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
