AVP Heavy Industries Broker

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop client relationships across the heavy-industries portfolio
• Support retention and growth of existing accounts
• Lead broking activity including market engagement, placement strategy and negotiations
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the relevant sector
• Build toward independent ownership of business within about 12 months

Requirements

• Experience as a property broker with strong market knowledge
• Excellent client engagement and relationship-building skills
• Commercial awareness supporting retention and growth
• Ability to work collaboratively while developing toward independent delivery

Preferred Qualifications

• Three or more years in heavy-industries sectors
• Middle East market experience
• Underwriting experience with a desire to transition into broking
