About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective clients for Islamic banking products and services
- Develop and execute strategies to attract and onboard new Corporate and Investment Banking clients
- Lead client meetings and presentations to promote Islamic banking solutions
- Structure and deliver Murabaha, Ijarah and Sukuk transactions in line with Shariah requirements
- Monitor performance of new client relationships and prepare management reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field
- At least 3 years in banking or financial services, including client acquisition and transaction execution
- Proven track record in business development and relationship management
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
