AVP & Lead, Credit Control

Responsibilities

• Manage credit limits relating to credit facilities and guide team members in day-to-day transactions
• Ensure compliance with approved terms, policies, and regulatory procedures of FAB and international branches
• Authorize encoding of credit limits, limit activation, and related releases from Credit/Documentation Unit
• Oversee issuance and sign-off of Liability/No Liability Certificates
• Monitor work submission channels and allocate daily tasks within the unit
• Supervise team performance, provide training, and conduct regular feedback sessions
• Spearhead creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Service Level Agreements (SLA)
• Manage Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) and Business Continuity Plans (BCP)
• Identify service improvement opportunities and report Key Risk Indicators (KRI)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or related discipline
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in the banking sector
• Proven experience in managerial responsibilities within a credit facility function
