AVP & Lead, Documentation Support CBG & IB

Responsibilities

• Manage the team and monitor customer portfolios regarding documentation, collaterals, and deficient/deferred documents
• Review Bank standard Facility Offer Letters, Term Loan Agreements, and security documentation against credit approvals
• Verify execution of security documents, signatures, and authenticity of signatories via resolution or POA
• Rectify discrepancies in security documentation for legacy records
• Obtain necessary approvals for deferral or waiver of incomplete documents
• Ensure accurate and timely internal and regulatory reporting
• Maintain up-to-date collateral data in the Bank's system
• Verify all required security documents are lodged during credit line renewals
• Ensure security documents are safely stored in vaults with maintained checklists
• Authorize security documents and collaterals within the Bank's system
• Support the creation, release, and amendment of securities, mortgages, and charges with local and free zone authorities
• Advise the Credit Control Unit regarding the release of credit lines

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• 8-10 years of experience in Corporate Banking
• At least 8 years of experience in the Corporate Credit Administration (CAD) function
• Proficiency in banking software systems and MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Strong command of the English language (written and spoken)
• Deep knowledge of banking products and Corporate Credit Administration functions
• Knowledge of U.A.E. legal environment and Central Bank regulations
