About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the lifecycle of Personal Loan and Auto Loan products, including design, pricing, and campaigns
- Develop and execute strategies for portfolio growth and revenue
- Monitor product performance and competitive market developments
- Lead pricing reviews and business cases for rate changes
- Manage Auto Loan dealer relationships and distribution partnerships
- Collaborate with Digital, Risk, Operations, and Finance teams to deliver product initiatives
- Drive digitization initiatives across loan processes
- Track and report product KPIs including volumes, balances, and yield
- Ensure products remain compliant with regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Master's degree in business management (Marketing & Finance)
- 10+ years of relevant experience in the banking sector
- Strong focus on turning insight into compelling reasons to believe
- Advanced reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and high personal integrity
