AVP Pricing & Interchange

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the commercial strategy for acquiring, targeting key verticals, segments, and geographies
• Drive market segmentation, channel mix optimization, and merchant onboarding strategies
• Partner with sales leadership to design and implement sales operating models and incentive structures
• Build and manage dashboards and performance reporting for new signups, volume growth, and profitability
• Lead strategic initiatives around bundling, discounting, and volume-based pricing strategies
• Streamline merchant onboarding, contracting, and activation processes
• Act as a key advisor to senior management, providing strategic insights and actionable recommendations
• Lead and grow a high-performing commercial excellence team

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Proficient with tools such as Power BI and Tableau
• Understanding of SQL and Python for Data Analysis and Commercial modelling
• 10+ years in commercial, GTM, or revenue strategy roles, ideally within payments or merchant acquiring
• Proven experience in merchant acquiring, payment processing, or related financial services industry
• Past experience in managing Acquiring Pricing, merchant pricing, or commercial models
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
