About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop world class investment products aligned with strategic objectives
- Lead end-to-end structuring of investment products including fund design and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel for regulatory submission and legal compliance
- Drive efficiency in the product lifecycle from concept to launch
- Manage engagement with Legal, Compliance, and Islamic advisory teams
- Maintain process documentation and trackers to ensure regulatory readiness
- Identify and implement improvements to shorten product development timelines
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Expertise in Discretionary Portfolio Management (DPM)
- Experience in Fund Management
- Proficiency in product documentation (strategy, asset allocation, fees)
- Experience with legal engagement and risk/compliance coordination
- Strong project management skills
