AVP - Regulatory Reporting

Responsibilities

• Manage preparation, review, and submission of regulatory reports for UAE and overseas branches within prescribed timelines
• Manage Basel reporting including CAR, LCR, NSFR, leverage ratio, and large exposure reporting
• Maintain a strong control environment around reconciliations, validations, and data quality checks
• Coordinate with Finance, Risk, Treasury, Operations, Compliance, and overseas branch teams
• Support Central Bank examinations, regulatory reviews, and internal and external audits
• Drive resolution of reporting issues, reconciliation breaks, and audit observations
• Lead automation, digitization, and AI-enabled initiatives to improve reporting efficiency and governance

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant
• 13-15 years of relevant banking experience, preferably in regulatory reporting or finance control
• Knowledge of prudential regulations, capital adequacy, and liquidity reporting
• Experience dealing with regulators, auditors, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to reporting automation, data transformation, analytics, or AI-enabled reporting
