AVP- Security Incident Management (UAE National)

Responsibilities

• Lead the incident response team within the Cyber Defense Center
• Coordinate major security incidents and crisis management
• Manage incident investigation, analysis, containment, recovery, communication, and reporting
• Develop and refine incident management policies and procedures
• Conduct post-incident reviews to identify lessons learned
• Provide training and mentorship to team members
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in information security
• 6-8 years of dedicated experience in Security Incident Response
• Hands-on experience with SIEM/SOAR tools like Sentinel or ArcSight
• Familiarity with advanced SOC monitoring technologies and risk/threat measures
• Strong understanding of security standards such as NIST 800-61, CERT/CC, PCI, and ISO 27035
• Technical or computer science degree
• Professional certifications such as GCIH, CISSP, CEH, CISM, or FOR608
