About the role
Responsibilities
- Run the SEO Business: Set regional vision, strategy, and annual operating plan; own revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
- Evolve the SEO Product: Define regional SEO proposition and roadmap; lead evolution in response to AI-generated search.
- Develop Talent and Culture: Lead, coach, and inspire regional SEO leadership team; design and evolve organization.
- Drive New Business and Growth: Lead regional business development, pitches, and proposals; build relationships with senior marketers.
- Integrate Across Practices: Connect SEO with content, paid media, data, UX, and other marketing disciplines.
Requirements
- Commercially minded and inspirational leader
- Experience in senior leadership with accountability for department performance
- Ability to build high-performing, future-ready SEO organizations
- Experience driving new business and integrating SEO with broader network practices
