About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the Private Banking business
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities and optimize performance
- Provide actionable insights on financial and non-financial performance using analytical techniques
- Coordinate financial submissions including actuals, forecasts, and budgets
- Provide guidance on revenue recognition, expense booking, and financial controls
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for financial processes
- Drive key projects that support the growth of the Private Banking business
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
- 8-10 years of progressive professional experience in FP&A or consulting
- Strong understanding of Private Banking or Wealth Management products and markets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of financial systems such as Hyperion and PSGL
- Experience with data visualization software like Tableau or Qlikview is highly desirable
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
What we look for

- 8-10 years of FP&A experience
- Private Banking or Wealth Management knowledge
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- Working knowledge of Hyperion and PSGL
- Excellent English and Chinese proficiency
