About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute and coordinate daily Dealer Assist activities against approved service standards
- Manage Front Office request intake, triage, prioritisation and follow-up
- Coordinate client onboarding and ready-to-trade activities with KYC, Credit, Compliance and Operations
- Track product, counterparty, SSI and static/reference data dependencies for trading enablement
- Support T0 trade support, enrichment follow-up and settlement-readiness dependencies
- Prepare service reporting, MI, SLA and backlog inputs
- Contribute to process improvement, automation and UAT initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, banking, economics, business administration, accounting or related discipline
- 7+ years in Global Markets Operations, Middle Office, Trade Support or related functions
- Knowledge of FX, Money Markets, Rates, Derivatives, Commodities and Capital Markets products
- Trade lifecycle knowledge including booking support, enrichment, validation, affirmation and confirmation
- Experience with Murex, Bloomberg and matching platforms
- Strong stakeholder management, prioritisation and escalation skills
