About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute business strategies to improve portfolio quality and profitability of target customers
- Lead segment portfolio and cross-team projects to maximize business revenue
- Implement marketing and engagement plans to grow quality customer base and product penetration
- Develop customer-centric E2E segment journeys and contextual nudges
- Use data-driven approaches to review marketing campaigns and channels
- Formulate and launch loyalty programs leveraging AI-driven insights
- Prepare campaign evaluation reports using AI and data analytics
- Develop predictive models and strategic recommendations for management
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing or related discipline
- Sound knowledge of Consumer Banking business
- Skillful knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to drive business growth
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
