About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the rollout of critical new products, projects, and strategic initiatives across GFM businesses
- Act as the business lead for New Product Approval (NPA) and coordinate end-to-end workflows
- Serve as the primary business lead for system and platform projects in collaboration with GFM Tech
- Drive product and sales governance, including process reviews and regulatory adherence
- Leverage automation and data tools to drive operational efficiencies
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Global Financial Markets, Treasury, or related fields
- Strong command of GFM products including FX, Derivatives, Money Market, and Structured Products
- Familiarity with GFM business end-to-end flows and associated risk areas
- Exceptional ability to lead cross-functional workgroups and drive project completion
- Strong risk and control mindset
- Experience with automation (VBA, Python) and data visualization tools is highly preferred
