Responsibilities

• Converse with AI models in Aymara across a wide range of topics
• Verify linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance
• Capture reproducible error traces and document model failure modes
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics

Requirements

• Native or expert-level proficiency in Aymara language
• Deep understanding of regional dialects, phonetics, syntax, and idiomatic expressions
• Ability to provide clear, metacognitive communication and documentation
• Access to a secure computer and high-speed internet

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Linguistics, Indigenous Studies, Translation, or a related field
• Professional experience in teaching, translation, language documentation, or community work
