About the role
Responsibilities
- Enter receipts, invoices, and expense information into QuickBooks
- Record material purchases and vendor invoices
- Enter and organize fuel card transactions and payments
- Categorize transactions according to established accounting processes
- Review entries for accuracy and match supporting documents to projects
- Maintain organized digital records and supporting documentation
- Assist with Spanish-language documentation and support the senior accounting resource
Requirements
- Previous accounting data-entry or bookkeeping support experience
- English/Spanish bilingual proficiency
- Experience handling invoices, receipts, expenses, or vendor records
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Preferred Qualifications
- QuickBooks experience strongly preferred
- Construction or contracting industry experience
