B-CPT-11559 Bilingual Construction Operations & Project Coordination Virtual Assistant

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily with Spanish-speaking crews, subcontractors, and team leads
• Conduct morning, midday, and end-of-day check-ins to coordinate schedules and priorities
• Collect job-site updates, photos, and equipment status to prepare end-of-day reports
• Assist with estimates, project scopes, and material lists using existing templates
• Build online material and vendor carts for owner review
• Maintain project spreadsheets, files, and cost-code documentation
• Use Claude and other AI tools to support administrative work and create repeatable workflows

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets)
• Strong verbal communication and active-listening skills
• High level of organization and persistent follow-up
• Ability to process and relay information accurately across multiple projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in construction, home building, or project management
• Experience with estimating, materials purchasing, or vendor coordination
• AI literacy and willingness to use AI productivity tools
• Experience with Contractor Foreman software
