B2B Sales Consultant (Accounting Services)

Responsibilities

• Independently generate new B2B leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, market research, and business outreach
• Identify, develop, and manage strategic B2B partnerships to enhance market presence and revenue opportunities
• Sell accounting, bookkeeping, VAT, and corporate tax, and compliance service packages to SMEs and corporate clients
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with business clients and partners
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and partners, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery
• Conduct client meetings to understand business requirements and propose tailored accounting solutions
• Prepare quotations, proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals end-to-end
• Coordinate with internal accounting, compliance, and operations teams to ensure successful onboarding and execution
• Track and manage leads, pipeline, conversions, and revenue performance using CRM systems
• Stay updated on UAE accounting regulations, VAT, and corporate tax requirements
• Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and business forums to generate leads and partnerships

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnership management
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building successful B2B relationships
