About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver play-based, age-appropriate learning
- Conduct observations, assessments, and maintain learning journals
- Support children's communication, PSED, physical development, and early learning
- Maintain a strong understanding of safeguarding, child protection, health, and safety
Requirements
- CACHE Level 3 or Early Years Education qualification
- Experience working with babies and young children
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
- Warm, nurturing, and child-centred approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- UAE nursery experience preferred
