About the role
Responsibilities
- Fulfill online requirements timely and accurately to meet customer expectations
- Act as a link between Eshop, ITCRM, GIS, CSM, and other internal departments
- Ensure smooth activation processes for requested services
- Maintain high quality and accuracy in service activation to prevent delays and escalations
- Adhere to stipulated SLAs
Requirements
- Strong focus on accuracy and quality in service fulfillment
- Ability to coordinate across multiple internal organizational departments
- Experience in back-office operations or channel operations
