Backend Developer

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the architectural design and core code development of the exchange partner (agent) system
• Lead the R&D of the commission clearing and settlement engine, ensuring zero-error fund transfers under high concurrency
• Utilize Pulsar or Kafka to handle massive transaction order flows and design efficient asynchronous clearing and reconciliation mechanisms
• Solve data consistency issues in distributed environments and optimize database transaction processing
• Monitor system performance, optimize API response speeds under the Gin framework, and maintain technical documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
• 3+ years of Golang development experience with mastery of core features like goroutines, channels, and GC
• Proficiency in mainstream Go frameworks (Gin, Echo, GORM) and microservices architecture
• Deep understanding of message queue principles (Pulsar, Kafka)
• Expertise in relational database design and optimization (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases (Redis, MongoDB)
• Knowledge of WebSocket and RESTful API design specifications
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong coding standards, familiarity with design patterns, and code refactoring abilities
• Proficiency in Git version control and code review practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cryptocurrency exchange or clearing and settlement development
• Experience in big data, high concurrency, or low-latency system optimization
• Good English reading ability for technical documentation
