About the role
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy full-stack, AI-powered web applications using microservices and RESTful APIs
- Implement GenAI principles, including RAG and agentic workflows, into enterprise digital platforms
- Create modular, scalable architectures and reusable templates for AI projects
- Design and implement data pipelines and governance frameworks for large datasets
- Manage Docker containerization and CI/CD pipelines for secure, scalable deployments
- Coordinate with UI/UX teams, Data Scientists, and AI Engineers to align builds with business growth
Requirements
- Proficiency in FastAPI, Flask, or Node.js and React.js, Angular, or Vue.js
- GenAI engineering, LLM integration (Azure OpenAI), and RAG workflows
- Hands-on Azure or AWS experience, including serverless and cloud storage
- Advanced Python and JavaScript/TypeScript coding skills
- Expert knowledge of Docker, container registries, and CI/CD automation
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
- 5+ years in professional software development
- Advanced knowledge of banking operations and financial services products

- Ability to analyse complex banking products and drive innovation
- Translate technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders
- Manage and motivate team members on change initiatives
