- Shape engineering practices and technical culture
Requirements
- Strong systems thinking and ability to predict long-term system behavior
- Clear communication skills for breaking down complexity
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments
- High level of curiosity and ambition
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Node.js
- Experience with TypeScript
- Experience with Event Sourcing
- Experience with Express, Postgres, or RabbitMQ
- Experience with Kubernetes or AWS
