Backend Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable ETL pipelines using a modern data stack
• Implement data quality frameworks and observability solutions to ensure data accuracy and reliability
• Architect high-availability, low-latency systems capable of handling millions of requests per day
• Design and maintain efficient data models and schemas
• Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into backend solutions
• Foster a high-performance engineering culture through team building

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience building large-scale, high-availability systems
• Deep experience with modern ETL pipelines and data engineering in high-growth environments
• Proficiency with Go, Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, Kafka, Redis, or PostgreSQL
• Experience implementing data quality, observability, and monitoring solutions
• Familiarity with Web3, on-chain data, or decentralized application patterns is preferred
