About the role
Responsibilities
- Review current BambooHR setup, modules, permissions, data structures and integrations
- Identify configuration gaps, manual workarounds, security and data-quality risks
- Build and optimise standard and custom reports and dashboards
- Configure workflows, approvals and automations based on agreed process designs
- Implement configuration changes, coordinating testing and rollout
- Train HR administrators and managers; create configuration documentation
Requirements
- Hands-on BambooHR auditing, administration, configuration and optimisation
- Experience building BambooHR reports and designing workflows
- Experience configuring permissions and improving data quality
- Ability to translate HR process requirements into system solutions
- Experience with HRIS audits, testing, documentation and stakeholder training
- Clear communicator, comfortable working independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with BambooHR integrations and API
- Familiarity with payroll or benefits data flows
- Experience with multi-country HR processes
