Bancatakaful Partnerships Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the identification, evaluation, and development of strategic Bancatakaful distribution opportunities across ADIB Group entities and external B2B partners
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to drive partnership growth and long-term value creation
• Negotiate and manage partnership arrangements, commercial terms, and service levels
• Develop and execute Bancatakaful partnership strategies that support ADIB's retail banking and growth objectives
• Own the performance management framework for assigned partners and distribution channels
• Drive sales enablement initiatives across Bancatakaful distribution channels to improve productivity
• Lead market research and competitor benchmarking to identify emerging opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Insurance, or a related discipline
• 8+ years of relevant experience in Banking, Bancassurance, Takaful, Insurance, Wealth Management, or Financial Services
• Strong understanding of Bancatakaful, Insurance, and Financial Services market dynamics
• In-depth knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards
• Proven partnership management, business development, and stakeholder management capabilities
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in revenue generation and strategic planning
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
