About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead identification and development of strategic Bancatakaful distribution opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Negotiate and manage partnership arrangements, commercial terms and service levels
- Own the performance management framework for assigned partners and channels
- Monitor KPIs and conduct regular business reviews with partners
- Lead market research, competitor benchmarking and industry analysis
- Drive sales enablement and partner engagement programs
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Insurance or related discipline
- Strong understanding of Bancatakaful, insurance and financial services markets
- In-depth knowledge of UAE banking practices and regulatory requirements
- Proven partnership management and business development experience
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- 8+ years of relevant experience in banking, bancassurance, takaful, insurance or financial services
