Bancatakaful Portfolio Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the Bancatakaful product portfolio end-to-end, including performance tracking and monitoring against targets
• Manage and monitor Takaful Provider agent sales teams and MIS team members
• Support budget and forecast inputs, including variance commentary for management reviews
• Manage Takaful Providers and operational partners, driving corrective action through governance forums
• Build and manage a portfolio performance dashboard with leading and lagging indicators
• Perform regular product and process gap assessments to identify improvement opportunities
• Prepare business review decks and management reporting for senior leadership
• Manage the department's RCSA, KRIs, and BCM
• Handle internal, external, and regulatory audits and coordinate evidence collection
• Manage department training plans and identify skill gaps for upskilling
• Support new product launches and reviews, including documentation and testing

Requirements

• Detailed understanding of Takaful and Insurance products
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and business review decks
• Experience with RCSA frameworks, audit processes, and BCM/BCP methodology
• Strong teamwork, project management, and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work under pressure across multiple parallel deliverables
